The Homer-a-thon: A Non-stop Oration of the Iliad

On April 13th, at 10:08am, the Peucinian Society began its oration of the Iliad in its annual Homer-a-thon on the steps of the Walker Art Museum, facing the Bowdoin Quad. Reading continued non-stop throughout the morning, afternoon, evening, and night, finally concluding at 1:29am on the morning of the 14th. See the Bowdoin Daily Sun’s coverage of the event here.
