Bowdoin Votes

Prepare to Vote

Being a voter involves a couple steps:

  1. Register to vote, either at your permanent address back home, or in Brunswick. Not sure if you’re registered? Look it up here.
  2. Request your absentee ballot: here for Maine, here for everywhere else. Even if you want to cast your vote in person on Election Day in Maine, getting your ballot early is a good idea to ensure there won’t be any surprises in the voting booth.
  3. Make a plan for when and how you’ll vote (watch those deadlines). Schedule a little time to learn what’s on your ballot and get it in the mail.
