Felt uncomfortable having to justify events, especially when cultural or affinity based, to other people. Don\u2019t feel represented by the TFC when their affinity group may make up only 6% of the student body. Maybe affinity groups should be held to a different standard than say chess club<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Raises questions about the budget process; how affinity groups should receive funding; future amendments to the guidelines<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Concerns about food budget not being enough to cover larger events<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">TFC can always use discretion. The guidelines are just a framework<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Concerns about the cut to kickoff events. Affinity events are important, especially for first years<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>TCC Guideline Revisions<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">TCC does not have data on club events<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Working to change this with post-event evaluation forms<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Comments<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Concerns about this form asking too much of club leaders, too many hoops for them to jump through<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Maybe a form with just name of event, point person, whether funding was requested<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As a club leader, it feels like this isn\u2019t truly designed for our benefit. Feels like an opportunity to use data as justification for saying no in the future<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sees it as an opportunity to have feedback<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This will not be reviewed\/used by the TFC. Used for the TCC to help with funding<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Motion to table discussion on TCC.
