Bowdoin Rowing started off our season strong this past Sunday at the Textile River Regatta!\u00a0 <\/span>Our crews medalled in every event that we entered!\u00a0 <\/span>We won 1st (and set course records) in the men\u2019s open 4, women\u2019s collegiate novice 4, and the Jim Polcari Men\u2019s Open 8 events; 2nd in the men\u2019s collegiate novice 8, women\u2019s club double, and men\u2019s open lightweight 4 events; and 3rd in the women\u2019s open 4 event!\u00a0 <\/span>Way to go, Polar Bears!<\/p>\n

A huge thank you to all the Bowdoin Alumni and parents who came to support our crews! Thank you to UMass Lowell for hosting us! And thank you especially to Mealea Polcari! Jim Polcari\u2019s contributions to rowing are profound and it is such an honor to have won the Jim Polcari Men\u2019s Open 8 Trophy!<\/p>\n
