Prospective Students<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you are at all interested in joining rugby, or even just want to get to learn the rules, you are encouraged to fill this<\/a> form out!<\/p>\n

We are always excited to welcome both experienced and inexperienced members to our team. Whether you are a prospective Bowdoin student interested in learning more about rugby or have been playing your whole life, coaches and players alike would love to hear from you. Being a club team also means having Bowdoin students from all corners of campus. If you are interested in hearing more about some other aspect of campus or school life, from volunteering to anthropology to student council, ruggers are always happy to help.<\/p>\n

Do I need experience playing rugby? Or playing a contact sport?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Absolutely not! Most of our current roster includes players who have not played rugby before high school. Many students join the team with little to no experience and knowledge of the rugby rulebook. If you are worried about it being your first contact sport, worry no more. Most of our players have also not had much experience in a contact sport setting.<\/p>\n
