To provide the opportunity for young men to participate and excel in the game of rugby. Bowdoin Rugby Football Club (BRFC) aims to maintain a standard of excellence not only on Bowdoin’s campus and within the Brunswick community but also in the state of Maine and greater New England. The long standing tradition of Bowdoin men’s rugby promotes a strong set of values that has withstood the test of time and persists among alumni and players.

Bowdoin Rugby is the men's club rugby team at Bowdoin College. Our team offers students the opportunity to learn to play rugby and continue their athletic development in a supportive, co-educational team environment.
Bowdoin Rugby is founded on the principles of community, inclusivity, and passion. Competing in both the fall and spring seasons, we are committed not only to the success of the team, but also to cultivating a group of balanced and resourceful young men.
