We can’t wait to perform with the Bowdoin College Meddiebempsters this Friday (11/09/2012)!

We are thrilled to be adding three wonderful women to our group! We cannot wait to start singing with Christina Sours, Tina Davis, and Cordelia Zars.

Do you love to sing? Consider auditioning for Miscellania, Bowdoin’s original all-female a cappella group! Keep an eye out for posters around campus soon. We can’t wait to meet you!

Miscellania will close the school year with all the Bowdoin A Cappella groups at 8pm in the Chapel.

On Friday, April 6, Miscellania will be co-hosting an Evening of Song and Celebration with the Bowdoin College Meddiebempsters. Please join us at Reed House at 8pm, with concert to begin promptly at 8:30pm!

From Friday, February 24 through Sunday, February 26, Miscellania headed to Boston for a mini Spring Tour! On Friday night, we sang with the MIT Logarhythms, a dynamite male a cappella group. On Saturday night, we sang with our old friends the Nor’easters, a high-energy co-ed a cappella group at Northeastern University. We had a terrific time singing with both groups, and it was a great opportunity to spend quality time together in Boston!

We were so excited to perform with the Meddiebempsters at L.L. Bean’s annual Holiday Tree Lighting on Friday, November 18th! The ceremony was covered by WCSH, who aired it live on their show, 207. Click here to read WCSH’s article and watch the clip.
