Information Sessions

  • Monday, 24 March at 8pm in Massachusetts Hall, Faculty Room (3rd floor)
  • Thursday, 27 March at 8pm in Hubbard Conference Room West
  • All candidates for election and appointments must attend one of these information sessions. If these times do not work for you, please email [email protected] to schedule a makeup session.

    • End: Sunday, 13 April at 8pm
    • Elections held online at bowdoin.edu/vote
    • Candidates will be emailed the results shortly after the polls close. An hour after that email is sent, the results (including the exact vote counts) will be released to The Orient.)

General Information

  • Each candidate will be given $10 to be used at the Copy Center. Should a candidate go above the $10, he or she would be responsible for the costs personally (note the price differences).
  • Turnover time is 24 hours – please plan ahead of time. Plan also for the number of copies you plan to make so you submit your order together.
  • Please abide by the Elections Rules & Regulations and Bowdoin’s Academic Honor and Social Code.
