Michele Whitmore began coaching the Bowdoin Equestrian Team in the fall of 2018.  A native of mid-coast Maine, Michele is a CHA level 2 Certified riding instructor as well as an Equine Massage/Trigger point therapist. Currently, Michele is working toward her USDF medals as well as training an off-the-track thoroughbred for the national Thoroughbred Makeover Competition in October. Michele coaches walk – trot riders through 4’+ jumpers, so whether you are just starting your riding career, just starting in jumping, or a seasoned competitor you will benefit from her expertise.
